The company develops software solutions and customized products using state-of-the-art technology. In 2009 Nexirius acquired the exclusive rights to continue developing the Colibri software following the spin-off from Ciba. Colibri is an innovative color-matching, quality control and color communication system for the plastics, inks and coating industries.

	Marcel Baumann Founder, Managing Director, has more than 18 years of experience in the management of Nexirius and as a senior software engineer and consultant. Marcel Baumann worked for customers in banking, government and chemical & pharmaceutical industry. He holds a master degree in electrical engineering from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.
	Michael Jakobi Director Business Operations, manages the Colibri™ development and daily operations. Prior to joining Nexirius, Michael Jakobi served in managerial positions in Solvias AG and Ciba Inc. in the field of analytics and software development. Michael Jakobi holds a PhD in physical chemistry from the university of Basel and he graduated in computer science business solutions (Eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsinformatiker).
	Judy van de Langkruis Director Marketing & Sales has been with Ciba Inc. for 20 years. Has experience in sales, marketing and technical support of pigments and additives. After joining Ciba Color Services in 2003 she became the head of the Customer Support and Technical Service. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science with a postgraduate diploma.
